Product 1:  Each box contains 65 cards and a User Guide.  The cards measure approximately 3cm x 9cm.  They are packaged into a black box measuring approximately H3.4cm x L9.25cm x D2.4cm.  Sold separately.

Product 2: The rimu (sustainable timber) veneer display box holder measures approximately H5.0cm x L11.2cm x D3.7cm.  Sold separately

Orders are processed according to the country for delivery. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Overseas orders are sent usually via Airmail and can take between 10 to 17 working days to arrive. 

Pricing: All orders and prices are in NZD with 15% GST added at checkout for goods billed and delivered within New Zealand.

Postage, packaging and handling fees

All orders are sent via Regular Mail (NZ Post) or using our preferred courier.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (excluding rural areas which may take longer).  Consider which mailing address you provide to ensure reliable delivery to your door or office.  No deliveries will be processed on weekends or statutory holidays.  Note: rural areas (RD addresses) incur an extra charge of $5.00 . We cannot guarantee postal service delivery times, and any delays after posting are outside our control.

NEW ZEALAND RURAL:

An additional delivery fee of $5.00 will apply to most orders.  Orders will be delivered by NZ Post or our preferred courier. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL:

International orders incur a post and handling fee as listed below for up to 5 items (cards and/or display boxes). For an order of more than 5 items, please contact us.

  • Australia $15 for up to 5 items
  • South Pacific $15 for up to 5 items
  • Rest of the World $30 for up to 5 items

ORDERS SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS          

We will gladly offer you a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase if the product we sent you was incorrect, or defective.

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.  Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been used or damaged by you.

If shipping damage occurs during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your products and we will gladly work with you to have the products returned or replaced.  Please keep all original packaging material.
